1. No Refunds on Subscriptions

All subscription payments for our managed service plans (Monthly and Yearly) are final. We do not offer full or partial refunds for any billing cycles that have already been processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

While we do not offer refunds, you have full control over your subscription. You may cancel your plan at any time through your billing portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to your intelligence dashboards and reports until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.
